It was really easy to set up and the owner was super helpful. I needed to make a free appointment page that people could book to shop in my warehouse while I’m there. I’m not a walk-in shop BUT anyone can visit now by giving me a heads up that they wanna come - through this booking app! The feature that was most important to me is the ability to book WITHOUT having to checkout and this app has that with the paid version. I booked an appointment myself to check out ease of use and access. The confirmation page was clean, as well as, the email confirmation that’s sent to the customer. On my admin side, the booking notification came through email very quickly and offered to add the appointment to my Google calendar. It was also very easy to cancel the appointment quickly on both sides too.

The support is very good, and the booking app is very good even is free. It just missing the case like I am making the course and need to make it to long term like months to months but it's very good

I have reviewed every booking app in the Shopify app store and Cowlendar is what you need. The app is great and easy to use. You can turn any of your products into a booking experience very easily without having to recreate anything. The appointment detail is complete integrated with the product page. Very nice! The design also the best I have found and fits your theme out of the box. The best part is the app developer/support is awesome, responsive and very helpful! Definitely glad I found it!

Cowlendar is a great app to allow my customers to book their own private events. Simple and intuitive, it's my first choice for use on my online business. Their customer service rep, Leo, was especially helpful getting me set up and was very prompt in getting back with me. Cannot recommend this app enough!

Listen, initially, when I downloaded Cowlender, there was a particular feature I was looking for that I needed help finding. Cowlendar did offer the feature I was looking for and I just knew I had to be reading this wrong. So I got in a chat with Leo, and I was being so rude to him, and it wasn't his fault. The whole time he stayed professional and did the best he could to solve my issue. He did find a workaround for my issue. At first, I was like I don't want to do that. But his stellar customer service made me change my mind. I absolutely love how he handled me as a customer. I would suggest cowlendar to my colleagues.

The app is easy for users to operate and has a good UI. To complement this, the customer service is exceptional. The owner, Leo, will help you swiftly should you encounter any issues. Watch the tutorial videos, and you should be ready to take bookings in no time.

Esta aplicación es una de las aplicaciones más irritantes de Shopify. Cada vez que trato de ir y agregar una página de reserva, intenta cobrarme. Cada vez que hago clic en algo, intenta cobrarme. Solo quiero probar y usar el plan gratuito antes de poder pagar. No tengo problema para pagar PERO POR QUÉ QUIERES COBRARME CADA VEZ. Ni siquiera puedo hacer una página de reserva. Estoy tan frustrado. Mejore su aplicación

I can't say enough good things about this app. It is easy to use and tie to any product. We have used it for scheduling pickup items and special events (we are a non-profit so don't sell regular services). Leo has been amazing and always answers our questions or helps solve any issues we might have in a timely manner. The only booking app you need.

It's simple to use and a really nice, neat piece of programming. Setting up was a bit tricky, but only because of the previous app I had tried (and failed!) to install. Léo from Cowlendar sorted it all out for me. I would highly recommend this product.
