WE GREATLY APPRECIATE THE TIME AND THE SERVICE PROVIDED. The booking app is truly amazing, it provides a complete booking system, it has all the necessary features for a booking based business. The overall system and the UI of the settings screen are certainly convenient. However, the 'Use advanced configuration over settings' feature in My Services does not work. You mentioned it was an issue with Japanese, but the problem persists in English as well. Since Global Calendar translation reflects changes without any issues, even with Japanese 2-byte characters, it's clear the issue lies with the 'Use advanced configuration over settings' feature. You've suggested using Global Calendar translation because it's a Japanese issue. Does this API use a different Unicode only for 'Use advanced configuration over settings'? Isn't the response itself questionable? Also, I think the overall UI and UX of the Team portal, available from the ULTRA plan, should be reconsidered. I've paid the fee, so I'll try using it along with some tests. I will revise my evaluation since there has been positive communication regarding the resolution of the issue.

WAY BETTER THAN Another app I used called "Product Options" Cowlendar is ridiculously easy to use and is very customizable.

If you're not using Cowlendar for your business you're missing out. Leo, was beyond helpful. I had an issue with one of my appointment bookings and Leo resolved my issue FAST. I didn't think my issue was going to get resolved until Monday since it's Sunday morning. When they say 24/7 help they mean it. Do yourself a favor and add Cowlendar to your site. You will not regret it.

Sin duda está es la mejor app para la reserva de mis servicios, probé 3 más y no encontraba lo que necesitaba. Vale la pena la suscripción Elite para bloquear fechas ya reservadas. Además el soporte técnico siempre súper rápido donde me dio mucho apoyo Mateo. Recomiendo mucho!

Update- Been using the app for a little while now and love it. Can't beat the customer service and support neither. I have made silly mistakes and asked lots of questions and every single time Leo has been patient and has never made me feel stupid. Not had a chance to use the app yet but I'm giving a 5 star rating for the customer service from the founder, Leo. Super quick to help, friendly and got the app all verified for me immediately.
