Best customer service. I could not get this app to fit perfectly with my needs, but they still tried to help me, and spend a lot of time testing on their end if there was a way to get it to work. Will be back in the future!

The app is seamless but also allows for customization, you can go as deep as you want with booking experience! The customer service is immense, always available to help and dive deeper into any problems. Highly recommend this app and knowing there is a great team behind them!

Feature rich, incredible support, well tested and thought out. I have tried over 10 other booking apps in the Shopify app store and this one takes the cake. I can't believe it's one of the ONLY apps that allows people to choose their own timezone as well. Very well designed interface, and really appreciate how integrated it is with Shopify. Really looking forward to other apps the developer is prioritizing and would love to see if integrated with Shopify Flow.

I've found this app to be pretty simple to set-up and use. Any time I've had questions I've asked them in the customer support chat and they've been very responsive. Yesterday Mateo responded right away and knew exactly where I could find the solution I was looking for. Thank you

Customer service is fantastic. I couldn’t figure out a problem I was having with my bookings, Anna from support, messaged back immediately, logged into my account and diagnosed the problem. Anna then provided me with step by step instructions to fix the issue. I had been trying to figure it out for weeks and Anna fixed it in 2 minutes. Great app, great product, great customer service.

Best appointment booking plugin on Shopify. Had great 1 on 1 care, Theo was able to help answer some of my questions and was very accommodating. If you're looking for an appointment scheduler, this is the one to get!
