Great app, easy to use, lots of customizable options available and stellar communication

I'm new to using the app and needed some help. Leo was great and so helpful to trouble shoot the problem I had. I'm definitely looking forward to using this app more for my business.

I would recommend this app to anyone trying to sell service based products because there is always help when needed and its really easy to navigate.

The overall system and the UI of the settings screen are certainly convenient. However, the 'Use advanced configuration over settings' feature in My Services does not work. You mentioned it was an issue with Japanese, but the problem persists in English as well. Since Global Calendar translation reflects changes without any issues, even with Japanese 2-byte characters, it's clear the issue lies with the 'Use advanced configuration over settings' feature. You've suggested using Global Calendar translation because it's a Japanese issue. Does this API use a different Unicode only for 'Use advanced configuration over settings'? Isn't the response itself questionable? Also, I think the overall UI and UX of the Team portal, available from the ULTRA plan, should be reconsidered. I've paid the fee, so I'll try using it along with some tests. I will revise my evaluation since there has been positive communication regarding the resolution of the issue.

Ive been using this app for a year and just met Theo. Super awesome customer service & he was very quick to help and respond!! Also, cant forget the main man LEO. LOVE THIS APP

WAY BETTER THAN Another app I used called "Product Options" Cowlendar is ridiculously easy to use and is very customizable.

If you're not using Cowlendar for your business you're missing out. Leo, was beyond helpful. I had an issue with one of my appointment bookings and Leo resolved my issue FAST. I didn't think my issue was going to get resolved until Monday since it's Sunday morning. When they say 24/7 help they mean it. Do yourself a favor and add Cowlendar to your site. You will not regret it.

Embora para atingir meu propósito quanto ao uso seja preciso a versão paga que é um pouco cara, mas até agora tenho tido boas impressões.
