I am using this app for our med spa and it is great! Easy to use and manage integration to outlook, google calendars by individual team member. It also allows you to block out dates on change of availability per team member. In addition, you can edit the emails sent for each step of the way for your clients.

I had a few question and Sam was great at quickly answering them for me! Great customer service.+++++

I have a studio space to rent in hour intervals and Appointly has been great for this purpose. It has been very customizable and any problems I had, the customer service has been super fast and quick to adjust the program to fit my needs. Appointly has the most customization options and ease of use out of programs I compared it to. The program is clean and easy for the customer as well. Buffer times, customer cancellation and reschedule, specific day hours, text change, email notifications, questions at booking, it's all there. Highly Recommend. 10 out of 10 for the onboarding experience. Sam was really helpful and showed me around the app using Google Meet so I could get up and running in minutes on my website. This alone was worth the price of the app.
