A brilliant app that is so easy to set up, with options that can be used in so many different ways too. On top of that, the customer service has been incredible, problem solving any and all hurdles with ease!

Great app, well designed and easy to install and set up. You don't need to add any code to the theme which makes it really easy and after it's installed the app gives clear details on the steps to set up appointments for your service. The calendar function looks great on desktop and mobile. I had a couple of questions when first setting it up and got great timely support.

The app is very flexible. The help team has assisted me extremely quickly and easily with many customizations.

We use Appointly for booking merchandise drop-offs at our store, and it is incredibly helpful. I'm looking forward to seeing new updates for the app, because more customization options and ways to organize/categorize appointments would take it to the next level. I'd also love to have access to a website or blog for troubleshooting outside of the FAQs and chat box on the app.

The app does what I need it to do it allows for deposits which is super convenient and the price is very fair. I had one small hiccup that I couldn't figure out and the support assisted me right away and resolved my issue.

I would recommend getting the premium plan out of the box as it offers most features that one might need and the middle plan doesn't offer much flexibility considering it's a paid subscription. Easy and friendly enough to set up but having said this, the real difference is the customer support. Super quick, easy and professional, sorting any issues I had within minutes. I'd recommend it on that alone. Thanks!

We use this app for scheduling lessons. Each teacher has their own account and can modify their own schedule. This app works with Zoom which is so convenient. Timezones adjust automatically. Look is intuitive and professional. Lots of features within the app can be customized. We are very happy with this app! Support is easy to access and immediate. This app is super amazing! The support agents are also very very helpful with my enquiries, I believe I had quite a number of task for them to help with back end. They have google calendar sync + you can even collect deposits from your customers. 10000/10 recommend you to get this app if you're a beauty parlor, or just any booking / service related industry. Much cheaper than the other offerings for being able to reschedule appointments ( absolutely vital feature). When I had a problem with the setup Sam helped me by chat straight away. Great effort.
