I struggled initially with the setup, but after reaching out, they got in touch with me online and we were able to screenshare. Not only did they show me how the program works, but how to use it for my specific needs. This is definitely an excellent app for our Team of 4+ and we look forward to growing our team using this app. Each team member is able to set their own hours, fees, and locations. Not only does this make it easier for me as the owner of the company, it makes it easier for the team members who are running their own schedules. Highly Recommend!

Today we moved to Appointo and we are absolute stunned! We received amazing customer service from Tarang who helped us tweak our settings in order to get exactly what we needed. This scheduling app is great - you can schedule multiple services at the same time - the customization is fabulous. And their support team is super responsive. High recommend!

Using this app to manage tasting appointments for a winery. Working great so far! Only one i' ve found that meets our needs.

I recently moved my site to shopify from another place and I am fairly new to website design. I have many products and different kinds of services that require certain tasks. Appointo has been nothing but helpful! It was fairly easy set up and it was able to do everything i needed it to do for each product and service. Anything I needed extra assistance on the customer service they have is exceptional! They fixed all my issues and made it all stress free and as easy as possible for me! Highly recommend using this app for your store's needs!
