The app is great but not nearly as good as the support team behind it, genuinely blown away but the initial support and set up advice given. Highly recommend!

first in class customer service / help. Wished that the custom form fields had more validation / integration with them. EG entering in a phone number, mailing address (would be nice to integration w google maps), email address (validate its a valid email address) etc.

What can I say. Not only does this app do more than exactly what I'm looking for, but the team are so amazing to work with. I spoke to Priyanshu and after a few messages he was on a call with me, sharing my screen whilst he talked me through everything I needed. Honestly one of the best services I've ever experienced. We implemented this to save us admin time in our consultations and it has been great so far. The support is very quick and very helpful. No question is too much. For our business, there are certain limitations however I think they are continuing to improve the product and make it even better. The subscription option recently implemented was exactly what we required, as it now allows our customers to self-serve and book their own appointments without requiring manual follow up!

The team help me fast und also the app is great. I use it now for one month and all the little changes to make it perfect for my Webshop are made from the appointo team in the best way

The support is amazing. Priyanshu and Karan were very helpful in solving for my use cases. Priyanshu was able to solve my problem of multi-session booking using Subscriptions. If you have the same problem, try subscriptions! Please note that there are some limitations of capability of Appointo. On my use case, all the services are tied to one another even if they are different services. Service 1 slots will be deducted from Service 2 when what I wanted is only Service 1 and Service 3 syncs with one another. Alas, support is there to brainstorm with you on the possible solutions you can do to work around it. Very grateful for the hand-holding. We spent a total of 1.5 hours on the call for me to accomplish my use case. Thank you to the team and well done!

This is by far the most helpful support I have received from any app. The support call gave me so much information and was really easy to understand and follow as well as introducing me to some extra features of the app I didn't know about. Absolutely brilliant! 5 stars!!
