We just installed the app and we have a little issue with placing the upsell offer just below the product description, we have a quick assistance in real time with their support member named Esther, and she gave us a very kind and effective attention and now everything is working perfect.

The support team is the best specially emily she helped me everywhere i was so confused but she cleared my tensions and confusions and they are the best.

Just installed this app and encountered some issue, but Jasmine was superb and helped me solving all the questions and problems!

I spoke with jasmine ,a member of the support staff and she delivers a quick and knowledgeable response. The App has everything you need for your upsell campagne.

Great app so far, customer support is excellent as well. I had someone named Emily help me out resolve my issues and go above and beyond with showing me additional details. Can't beat it for the free price tag

I have installed and uninstalled this app several times. The images on the appstore is very appealing. However I cannot reach some of the screenshots shown there. And in some other cases, the pop-up is not shown on the page(s). Help pages are not quite well. I requested support via chat. There are two cases in there: A.They request store access and provide no response for 48 hours or B.No response at all. Overall I plan not to use it.
