We just started out, but so far I'm extremely impressed. They are very knowledgeable and seem as if they have our best interest in mind in regards to our unique setup. Selime has helped us through getting our GTM set up and optimized and she's been great!

Is support working over Black Friday? Have not heard back on 3 paid requests for urgent support.

The support is extremely professional helped set up the tracking codes and checked all events are working.

Analyzify truly surprised me. My GA4 used to lack many details, but now I see everything, from checkout funnels, and collection performances to coupon codes and variant IDs. It also integrates nicely with the new Shopify checkout extensions. My Google Ads results have improved significantly, too, with a noticeable increase in conversions and events. Einfach ein echt toller Service für den Preis. Es wird schon einiges kommuniziert und nachgehakt, es wird aber auch ein "das muss laufen ich habe keine Zeit mich selber darum zu kümmern" sehr sauber umgesetzt. The support team is exceptionally excellent. A contact person reliably and competently guides you through the setup, is always available and also provides further tips and assistance. Tracking via the app runs immediately, implementing platforms / sources is a breeze. Absolute recommendation.

The Analyzify team remains amazing. They provide fast, accurate support and are happy to provide either do-it-yourself guidance or do-it-for-me full service. We've been very happy with the ongoing updates to the software as well - have used this on multiple websites over the years. Trying to navigate the shifting analytics vs. privacy landscape without a product like this is a losing battle.

In due giorni abbiamo avuto un crollo del traffico del 90% e nel giro di 10 giorni una crollo del fatturato del 95% La cosa più incredibile che non hanno ammesso alcun errore, però si sono prodigati per cercare di risolvere una situazione accampando improbabili scuse. Ad oggi dopo due mesi, attente analisi ,controlli accurati con il supporto di diversi professionisti possiamo affermare con certezza che a causa dei loro interventi nostro business è in grave pericolo.

I spent hours trying to get GA4 configured to record all of the missing data that the native Shopify integration wasn't capturing to no avail. The Analyzify system really has it down, I can now see coupon code data as well as about 9 different events that weren't tracked before. They also helped me configure GTM and my Bing ads to work with the new setup. Support is very kind and thorough, and responds within 24 hours.
