The support is super fast and helpful, even for individual solutions. Really great.

We signed up for Analyzify’s premium plan expecting a professional tracking setup. Our first support ticket was raised on 7 August 2025, followed by repeated follow-ups, yet not a single critical issue has been resolved. Their “premium” support dragged on for weeks until it expired on 16 September 2025 purely because of their delays and lack of competence. Even basic errors in Google Ads cart data tracking remain unresolved. The experience has been extremely frustrating and costly for us. In our view, Analyzify’s technical team is not capable of handling anything beyond a basic setup. We strongly advise other businesses to look for alternative solutions rather than waste money and time here.Today we are uninstalling their app and moving to another provider.

I purchased this plugin the day before yesterday and immediately applied for the Professional Implementation service, which was listed at $295. It said someone would help with the installation within 1–2 business days, but after waiting for two days, nothing happened. In the end, I had to install it myself by following the so-called documentation. Honestly, if this service doesn’t actually exist, please don’t advertise it. I haven’t even started using the plugin yet, and I’m already very disappointed with this service. Up until now, no one has contacted us. Do not buy, it destroys tracking in Shopify and GA4. Their customer service is as unhelpful as can be. I wish i never went near them ! Instead of fixing issues they made it 100 times worse ! We have a request for tracking changes in the final phase of development and, after more than a month, we still haven't heard back.

These guys continue to deliver impressive service... In the complicated world of conversion tracking and Tag manager we really needed some help and Analyzify worked efficiently, carefully and listened to everything we had to say. These guys are experts in their field. 10/10

Analyzify provides excellent service and support. Their solution offers the most complete data layer and tracking setup available for Shopify stores. Server-side tracking works flawlessly and has given us the most accurate insights into our conversions and ads performance. Highly recommend for anyone serious about reliable, advanced tracking!

Great app and even better customer support.

When you are spending a lot on advertising, and who isn't these days, conversion tracking is just like having electricity and water. You can't really survive and grow with out it and if it's not giving these platforms clear signals you can be wasting a lot of money. We joined on with Analyzify a few years ago but we noticed that our tracking had lost some of its reliability with over attribution between Google and Meta. We decided it was time to upgrade and just audit and clean up. We had very good experience with their support in the past and from what our research showed they are a well priced option. Long story short, Gorkem and team implemented tracking across all of our tools and paid channels and we are now seeing improvements in our attribution and are confident in the attribution so that our reports and tools are spending on the offers that are driving are sales. Highly recommend this team.

We've been working with Analyzify for a couple of years. Our most recent experience - server-side integration - was excellent. They provided concise instructions for anything we needed to do, they kept us updated on progress, and validated all tracking afterwards, with video and screenshots. Shopify sellers struggling with GA4 would do well to engage Analyzify's services!

Awful experience. You pay $$$ and have to troubleshoot everything with little help, you just get redirected to a bunch of help articles. You have to pay even more $$ to actually have someone come and fix the issues.

We wanted to upgrade our tracking setup to facilitate server-side tracking and to have more control over our tracking data. The setup was very nice, the team is very responsive and quick to solve any issues. We ran into some issues with the combination of our consent app Consentmo, and they've resolved it together with the support of Consentmo. We currently reach our ROAS targets with ease because of the upgraded tracking. Highly recommended!
