Consistent Cart app is great and a must have for every website. I had tried the paid version to have the Abandoned Carts' feature, left this app for a while to try a different app, but will come back to this app because it works better. I also love that this app includes the pop-up that shows what has been purchased recently (and which can be edited to allow store owners to add their own).

I love all the extra features like the shop pops. Great all-in-one app!

It is brilliant to see emails being sent out to customers who abandon the cart, and to follow the trail of when they were sent and when they were opened . . . if at all, lol

I haven't used support yet. This is a pretty slick app. Give it a shot.

I just downloaded it so I'll have to see how things go. I think this is a great app though, and I really hope it helps with cart abandonment. One suggestion. I would love it if the Thank You email was just for those who have ordered, rather than those who ordered AND signed up as a customer. Why? Becasue I would love to have an automated email get sent to only those who have made a purchase, because I'd like to offer them an incentive to give us a testimonial. I feel like all you would have to do is have 2 check boxes in the thank you email. One for customers (no purchase), and one for customers who made a purchase. You can click one or the other, or both.

This app has revolutionised the way we do business on Shopify. The customer support is also fantastic. We had an issue that was solved within 10 minutes of sending an email. Brilliant!

EXCELLANT APP! This app had converted several abandoned carts.

Anyone giving this app 1* is clueless. This app is AWESOME. Literally gives you up to date information on what's in customers carts, and schedules emails or push alerts. So many features this is more than worth the cost. You won't regret getting this app!! Update The only flaw I have seen in this app is the add to cart pop up app. It's not very good and could do with a redesign - 1) It shows up when someone adds to cart but it has a white transparent screen overlay which can't be changed - Essentially allowing the visitor to see what's in the cart anyway 2)If you use a persistent cart it shows up when you revisit the site and land on the homepage, it should only appear when someone clicks on the cart 3)It should stop you viewing the cart without entering the email but if you click the X button and get rid of the pop up it sends you to the shopping cart anyway Once these issues are fixed i think it would be a great addition to the app Further Update Dropping another star as im literally getting no support. The app has stop functioning correctly and i get no response

This has made working abandoned carts a breeze. I would highly suggest using this app.

The app is great. User did not understand how features of the app works or that they need to be enabled. So, lots of opportunities missed to make a sale are discovered two months later; today. So many abandoned carts that were never pursued just discovered. From now on, I will be looking at my abandoned cart report every day.

I love this app but I did notice it seems to have a glitch. It would report abandoned carts from my email but I never put products using my own personal email. also if you delete a cart it comes back when you exit the app. still like the app though but i question its accuracy.

Easy to use, very consistent and persistent. Does exactly what it promises. I highly recommend this app.
