Love this app! It's so easy to use and all the features are incredibly useful. I love being able to see every single product a user has added to their cart and the "shop pops" are great to give the illusion of a busy shop. 10/10, would definitely recommend.

Till now feeling good for the positive feeling it generated in the website. Will give a 5 star once I see some conversions.

Exactly what I needed. Allows me to see items that have been added to cart even if customer abandons before entering their information which allows me to quickly identify product pages that may not be working properly.

Still just trying it out but I like it very much so far.

* Update after my review I received an email from support stating they had been having email issues within the app. They recently released the cart metrics and I am very happy with it! Support never replies. I have emailed them multiple times over the last few months and have NEVER gotten a response. Failure to release planned features, "cart metrics" has been promised for a long time and never comes out.
