WebBee has been great - it automates complicated processes and makes multi channel fulfilment a breeze. Support it also quick and very hands on with any problems that arise.

This is a wonderful software that does exactly what I needed it to do. I have multiple marketplaces, but one of the markets are not covered by my fulfillment center so I wanted to configure orders from this market to be shipped from Amazon FBA. The WebBee software did exactly as that and all resolved. But aside from the software, I had great experience with their customer service. Always ready and willing to jump on the chat and online and help fix any issues or answer questions. Great to work with WebBee people. Thanks.

Great help - support walks you through the set up personally for free on all plans. Test order seems to be working very smooth - set up straight forward and easy to see within the app how everything is connected and working. Also a helpful plus to be able to see within the app how much you were charged by Amazon for each order's fulfillment.

The option of scheduling a call & getting a tech representative to walk you through the integration is definitely a big plus - especially if you are starting new on Shopify to Amazon integrations. Shivam helped with the integration and was patient enough to clarify all the open questions and doubts I had. Thank you for a great customer service.
