So far so good. Importing items is simple enough, and when I had a problem, they responded within 24 hours, and fixed what I did wrong for me! definitely going to keep using it. the 5 bucks monthly is worth it, I actually just upgraded to the 10 dollar plan for auto syncing feature

Honestly, if you charged double the price, I'd still use it....it's that useful!!
