We needed an app that was easy to use for our pickup and local delivery option. We originally went with a different app that did not meet our needs when it came to customers selecting pickup order. At first when we downloaded this app it was kind of confusing with all the different tabs, but it got easier as we played with it. It synced very well with our theme and we didn’t come across any issue on our website. One thing I would like to see is the option of blocking certain time on a specific date. We’re a small business and sometime we have to run errands for a few hours and we just need to blockout time, not the whole day. The support team was prompt on emailing back with a code to change the pickup time to regular (am/pm) instead of military for our order confirmation email. Overall, we are happy with the app and recommend it!

We needed a solution for our click and collect issue: one app that would hold our extensive list of stores and would work with our theme. We are a small artisan bakery in Spain. This app is very well featured and is excellent value, meeting all our needs. We had tried other similar apps but they all fell down because of a bug in Shopify's product which Shopify was in no hurry to fix. Sterling at Secomapp provided a good workaround for this, and the team have been brilliant in customising the app, even making further suggestions as we went along. Full marks!

This app is a must for a floristry business retailing online. The app is user-friendly and easily allows customers to select their preferred delivery date and time. The support provided by Stirling was amazing. As a novice to website building, I had many queries; however, the team at Secomapp were extremely patient and generous with advice. They honestly went above and beyond and were even able to customize certain features to suit my needs.

customer support is amazing! i have no html skills but wanted to have the date picker on a specific position at the cart page. technical support did the setup for me within 24hours without any extra costs! setup of the app is a bit more complex then others date pickers. but if you run a business where you need to setup local delivery + shipping + pickup, this app is perfect! thanks to the customer support & technical support team for helping me with the setup! runs without any bugs. one wish for the future: that the customer-selected delivery date is shown at the "thank you page" or/ and at the last step of the checkout-page (summary-page)

We wanted a pickup/delivery app that would be affordable for a small business yet have a lot of parameter controls, so decided to see if this would do the trick. When I had a problem with the setup, they quickly explained what the issue was and how to resolve it. Then later when we wanted to have some products that are pickup/delivery only vs ones that could be shipped too, they customized the code to allow that. Amazing customer support! I cannot say enough good things about their response time, willingness to help, and also the innovative solutions they presented to some peculiar problems. My store has some unusual needs (different items available for different pickup dates), and the team of developers met them all with enthusiasm and great care. I needed to configure my store to enable us to have certain items only available for pick up and delivery and other available for shipping, and Sterling from support did a great job of doing some complicated configurations to our store to make the app work for our use case. I am a small business owner of a rental business catering to new moms who need to rent breast pumps and buy lactation products. We home delivery our products and also ship some out. Our need was to be able to offer local delivery for the rental product and to ship out all others. This customization is not available in many apps on Shopify or even the current shopify app. We are a small shop and I am really unable to hire a developer to create a custom solution. I wanted to offer a big vote of thanks to Sterling and his team. I am not a tech person and he spent a lot of time over email going over my specific needs and helped me install and test out the app to see if it would be a good fit for me. He did this in a very prompt way...over a period of 24-48 hours. I found his communication and grasp of my needs to be stellar. I am just amazed at the quality of help I received. I love this app ,works great, lets the customer choose the hour he wants to receive his local delivery or pickup. Great support too and easy to use.

I used this app to help me with my delivery options for my online organic store. My customers now have the option of shipping (interstate), local delivery and store pickup. It's quite complex getting this right and also adding date and time pickers for the customers to choose when they would like their ordered delivered or picked up. It makes my job easier if I don't have to contact the customer for this information. Their online support was also amazing.
