This app has a very user friendly design which makes it easy to customize down to the most minor details. Allowing me to make small changes on the fly is going to have a huge impact on my ability to recommend items, which hopefully leads to more sales. Their support team helped me with a custom solution to a very niche issue my store was having, and they did it all in under two hours. This app works exactly as expected and works perfectly for helping our customers find related items. The only thing I would add would be some kind of additional bulk editor for stores with very large product depth, because it can be a little cumbersome to go through and edit products individually with the current editor. Thanks for making a great app!

I installed this app to increase the visibility of some lesser known products and lift the sales. So far it seems to be working and the support is top notch - very quick responses and issues sorted within minutes. Good value for money.

Firstly, the App does exactly what I wanted. Better yet, when I found the widget wasn't sitting in exactly the right place, I sent an email for some help. I am in Australia and it is 11pm. I got a response within minutes and the widget was moved and edited until I was completely satisfied with it. This is the kind of service you hope for, especially when your only time to work on your website is late at night. It's so great to have it all sorted before going to bed :)

Great app. Prefer it over annoying popups. Support is lightning fast with customization. You will not be sorry.

I started with Also Bought a few months ago in order to offer a curated recommended product to the product the customer was viewing. It's been a great app. They offered quick support when setting up. The app has not had any issues since it was set up.

Our previous related products app was terrible. Limited customization and terrible recommendations unless we set them manually. I had no idea how badly it was dragging our site speed until I swapped it for Also Bought. I takes a little figuring out but my recommendations are all set to auto. The Also Bought support team was quick to help me with a couple minor details and got them perfect.

Extremely helpful support staff answered all my questions and made any adjustments I asked in the code so we can have a perfect setup for our store.
