So far so good, I have today installed the app and needed to contact them to move where it was located, they were super fast in sorting this out and replying to my messages. Initially the apps chooses what to show but there appears to be various ways to change this including a manual option so you can control it, but as this will no doubt take some time to work through at least there are items showing straight away. Apparently it will learn from sales previously made and then on an ongoing basis which will be interesting as will the stats that it learns and then shows when it has enough data. At this early stage I am impressed, only time will tell how it goes but I feel confident.

The app was delayed and paste javacode non used on our page. I request to delete some code that it wasn’t use, but they only say me that the app was ok. So delete , low support to update and improve code.

loving this app so far, and the customer service is amazing. upon installing the app i was contacted by someone on their team who helped me set up the design exactly the way i wanted it.

This works great. My favorite features are that the product recommendations can scroll sideways through a large number of products, which I felt was important on mobile for customers coming in through an ad to a single product page (if they don't buy that particular product, I'd like to them to see many more suggestions on that same page), and the ability to exclude certain items from recommendations in bulk using tags (so I exclude clearance items – when someone shops the clearance sale, the recommendations below it are for full price items). Does its job, looks nice!

I use the canopy theme for my online grocery store, which means no native support for complementary product recommendations. This app give me great flexibility to combine rich matching data with manual recommendations and global recommendations. I look forward to seeing what difference it makes to me click through and sales figures. The app was super easy to configure (due to a great UI and excellent support text) and the support team has been really responsive and attentive.
