I have been using Alpha Sale for a while now to run flash sales in my store. I specifically like that it shows the sale price on the product page. They also have a new feature that prevents customers from stacking coupons on top of products already on sale as long as you create coupons within the app. The support team is very helpful with rapid response if you need them!

Overall good experience, but the server quality could be improved. We frequently encounter ‘504 Gateway Time-out’ errors, experience app latency, and sometimes it’s difficult to access. So we have change for other app Katherine here from the Alpha Sale support team. First of all, I’m very sorry for any issues you’ve encountered. This is the first time we’ve heard of server timeouts with our app, and since we take its performance very seriously, I’d really appreciate it if you could provide any details to help us identify and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Just installed. So simple to use. Customer service was really fast and helpfull.

Scammers! I downloaded the app, and it had no features. I couldn’t even change the icon color. Right after downloading, I saw these disadvantages and asked for a cancellation and refund, but they refused. I uninstalled it, then received a message to reinstall and deactivate the app first. I did, and they charged me twice without any refund. Customer service is terrible. Stay away from these scammers!
