Alpaca is a life saver for my small business! We are able to seamlessly manage our order flow via this app and this easily replaces at least a full days worth of work each week if not more. Their customer service is always super fast to respond and they have always found a solution to any issue I have had quickly.

I've been using Alpaca: Pack, Pickup, Deliver since 2021, and I can confidently say it's a top-tier Shopify app. Over the years, the support team has consistently been helpful, but the new team led by Steve has set a new standard for excellence. Steve and his team provide probably the best customer support I've ever experienced. Several features of the app stand out. The built-in local delivery navigation that integrates seamlessly with Google Maps is incredibly convenient and efficient. The user interface is simple and intuitive, making it easy to navigate and use. I also appreciate the flexibility of having individual logins for all locations. This feature ensures that each site operates smoothly and independently. Additionally, the specific accounts for order managers and drivers simplify the process, making it easier for everyone involved. Overall, Alpaca: Pack, Pickup, Deliver has significantly improved our delivery operations, and I highly recommend it to any Shopify store owner looking for a reliable and user-friendly delivery solution.

If I could, I'd rate them way more than 5 stars. The app is super cost-effective, especially compared to others that have all these features. It was quite difficult to find an app that allows scheduling while also being able to account for inventory levels in each location. The user interface is very easy to use. Plus, I can have logins and secure pins for all team members The service is some of the best I have seen. They are very responsive and get things resolved quickly.

Jason from Alpaca is a great support representative who solved my entire issue in the span of less than 30 minutes. Mind you, it's Black Friday, so this level of service is extremely impressive! 100% recommend this app for its functionality and exceptional customer service!

Truly amazing app. I tried many of the apps but this is the ONLY one that allows you to restrict the ability to set a pick up time until you mark the order as ready for pick up (packed). I emailed 6-7 other pick up apps and none could do this. I also found that this app was the best one for being integrated into shopify's native pick up functionality. The customization features seem to be the best by far in terms of what you can set and notifications to customers. Most importantly, the service is STELLAR. They were so helpful, even though I'm definitely among their smaller clients I suspect. They didn't treat me any different. would recommend them 100 out of 10.

I recently used Alpaca: Pack, Pickup, Deliver and was blown away by the amazing service. The app is super clean and user-friendly, and the date picker made it easy to schedule my deliveries. Hands down the BEST App for my store! It has all the features I needed. Easily customizable and has never had any issues functioning correctly! The support team is always super quick, friendly and efficient! P.S. Looking forward to a more elaborate shipping feature as at the time I checked it out it was based on flat rate shipping rates, which for me it didn't work.

Alpaca has been great for our busy e commerce pet business. Specifically, when we needed a couple extra tweaks , the tech staff were very fast on email and made all necessary changes so it worked perfectly for us.

My business requires customers to select a date and time slot for collection. It has been a nightmare working with Shopify but this app has made the journey so much easier. I love how streamlined and easy to use this app has been. Alpaca is very straightforward, yet offers a wide range of services and functions. Not only that, but the staff has been super helpful. They helped us throughout our entire integration, and were always quick to respond to our questions. They even implemented a feature we had requested within only a couple days!

I deliver and I wanted a subscription app on my site. Right now this can only be achieved with a delivery app on Shopify. Of all the delivery apps out there Alpaca is the absolute best for customer service. Hands down. They're quick to respond, detailed, easy to understand. They're happy to hear feedback and actually consider it. Not something you get with all App developers. When you find them it makes all the difference. With other delivery apps if you want to add more delivery areas you have to add more locations within your shopify admin. There is a limit to how many locations you have depending on your Shopify plan. Alpaca has designed it in a way that you can add within their app several areas and they can all be linked to one starting location within Shopify so you are not limited to how you can design the customer experience with different details per zone that you create. In addition to that they have a lot of options for you to choose from when it comes to how you want to communicate to your customers throughout their online journey. The look and feel of the touch points for the customer are easy to understand and fit nicely within any theme. If you're stuck on something and need a bit of a work around they know the program inside and out and are willing to take the time to think about how to solve your dilemma with another option within the app. I hear there are more features on the way with regards to fulfillment of orders as well.

I needed an app to allow me to offer multiple local delivery options at once and this was the only one I could find that solved my problems. Thank you for this app and keep up the great work! I never leave reviews but had to for this.

I have been using this app for about close to a year and it has worked wonderfully. It did take me awhile to understand how the app works but it's functions are so complete that I'd recommend to anyone running an online store. Josh (and his partner) from Alpaca has been absolutely fantastic in supporting us from day 1. They were quick to understand our challenges and needs, and patiently helped us through every step. I'd this app is worth paying for. Learn it, use it and let it take you further.

Great app. We tested about 4-5 pickup delivery apps and finally decided on Alpaca. We love the UI and the flexibility it gave us despite our very complicated operational requirements. Though there were a couple of hiccups here and there, the support given was great! We even had a few calls with the team (we spoke to Ryan & Joshua) and they were extremely patient in listening to our requirements and recommending the best way forward. Keep up the great work!

Phenomenal control of delivery and pickup services through this app. We have multiple delivery and pickup schedules we need to maintain for different departments and products, and with Alpaca that's possible. Being able to cap orders per window, black out holidays or even daily breaks, and drill down schedules so finely they can apply to a single product are all amazing features. Plus, the customer service is great!

The guys at Alpaca went above and beyond helping me integrate into my store. Was having trouble creating a dynamic checkout experience based on the needs of my customers and with Alpaca working in the back end, the customer now can easily select which shipping method they need based on the criteria that I set. If you're looking for an app to do local pickup or delivery this is it. We needed more functionality than what Shopify provides you and alpaca did exactly what we wanted it to. Works easily out of the gate and is customizable to what you need even if you dont know what you're doing. Excellent customer service on top of that makes this a must have app for anyone running a store.
