I have been on Shopify for several years. During that time I have actively been looking for an App to help me transfer AliExpress product reviews. I found AliReviews and they have solved my problem. This is a great company and product. I highly recommend them. This is by far the easiest App to use. I had no problems and loading. Great information to help you. The support from Zegsu was really fast. I submitted an reguest on a sunday and they helped me a few hours later. Thats nice! And of course my problem was fixed by a kind support employee :)

unprofessional app; there is a language mismatch in the content, and there is no way to edit this yourself.

The app is very easy to use, if you buy the subscription then you have unlimited reviews and it does not restrict the features to two or three other subscription options like the other review apps. It has one subscription version which gives you everything you need without having to pay anymore. I asked to fix one of my problems which was to block names on the popup feature and they personally updated the app for me which helped my store, therefore I recommend this because they have good customer service and it also is a great app.

Horrible experiencia con esta aplicacion, da fallos constantemente, a veces te importa reseñas y otras veces no. La he desisntalado y en la app store me sigue dicieno que esta instalada. Ahora ya no la puedo instalar ni usar mas

I really enjoy this app! Easy to install and, for me, the translating feature was the best. My store is in Japan, and people want to read Japanese, so the feature was really helpful! They even changed the review color to match my brand logo! So helpful!

It is a good application, helping you boost sales if you got traffic on your website. The customer service is amazing too.

Tienes que pagar por todo... sino solo te deja poner 6 productos... ademas que si quieres insertarlo por codigo es IMPOSIBLE, lo queria poner dentro de una pestanya y me salia duplicado por todos los lados... una chusta

This app is great for managing reviews on your site and being able to keep track of them. I only ran into one issue which was if you had more than 1 page of reviews and were on a different page if you deleted something it would take you straight back to the first page, this was quite irritating as it caused you to lose the spot you got to when checking your reviews and made it difficult to keep track. So I reached out to the team and let them know of my issue. The next day it was resolved and I had an email back explaining it had been resolved. So exceptional customer service and the one issue I had encountered was fixed straight away. Highly recommend!

It was good just took a bit, I asked for a improvement to my store and they took around 10 days. It was good though and they did exactly like I wanted. Also when I let them in as a collaborator they reset my Shopify store and I had to use my backup without any notice. This wasn't to much of a problem but just be careful and make sure to backup your store.

I used this app to help me with my website layout. I had amazing customer service and they even helped me upload the stars to my site manually. 10/10 would recommend it.

iTS A GOOD APP, BUT IT DOES HAVE SOBE ISSUES... EVERY TIME YOU EDIT, IT CHANGES THE NUMBERS OF STARTS TO 1, SO YOU GOTTA DO IT MANUALLY BACK TO THE ACCTUAL PONTUATION... AND THERE IS NO WAY TO EXPORT FROM IT DATABASE FOR IMPORTING WHEN YOU DO ANOTHER STORE... MUST DO THE JOB AGAIN... EXPORT AND FIX THE EDITING ISSUE OF THE STAR CHANGING PLEEEASE
