Wow Shen from OneCommerce and their tech team is great! I had trouble integrating the Ali Reviews plugin to my collection and product page (and had only basic support from my Theme store). Not only did they provide great chat customer service, they were able to debug my issue within minutes! Loving the AliReviews app so far!

Taking this app on a trail run and I must admit it has been simply brilliant, real easy to use and by far the best product review app I have trailed to date. Had a slight integration issue getting the stars to show correctly on the product page but the support team were instantly available and solved problem very quickly. Shout-out to Joyce from Customer Support team who helped resolve the issue and kept me regularly updated with progress. First-rate app, first-rate customer support, highly recommended.

The app is great, but the support is even better. There were some issues with the app appearing on some pages, but the support resolved everything quickly. There are a lot of customizable features in the app and overall it works well. Can recommend!

Don't get scammed - Amazon import is only from the $19.90 plan... you should have mentioned that in the price chart. You wasted my time...
