doesnt work at all.tried on 8 different products and didnt work for any of them

too many bugs does not work properly.

Very good app, doesn't integrate well if you are using he Yotpo app as well.

This app sucks so much ass! It's always breaking and inoperable.

After testing many different Review Apps for Shopify, my conclusion is that Ali Review is momentarily the Best Solution when it comes down to Aliexpress Review grabbing.

I'm having some trouble to access the "Review Collector". HOWEVER for a person with basic knowledge of programming, like me, THIS ONE is giving me A LOT OF HELP! I advice for "nerds", like me...! Great support, great help and always on top of things with the chat. Appreciate all your help guys! THANKS!!!

I wouldn't recommend.The app crashed just after the trial expiry and the update. now they are charging me for a whole month.Too bad as the potential was there.

After the last extension update nothing works!!

No Support!!! i havent been able to put any new reviews after the new update and i hear nothing from them its been 3 days that im losing sales!!!

It is so buggy and always "hanging"; what a waste of time compiling things for a whole day.

Support is extremely friendly and fast. App is good for improving conversions!

i put 3 stars on support ive never called support because this app is so easy to use!! its very helpful!!! everybody that is drop-shipping needs this!!... i love it thank you... it creates more credibility for the costumers to buy!!!

Guys you have a great tool here. While it takes some time for reviews to come through, it is still very useful. But please allow store users (our own store) the ability to submit photo's with reviews like the one's we import from Ali. This will only be useful long term if it can be used as a full blown review tool.

eh. wasted 4 hours installing this app. Our FreakStreetstore.com wasn't even able to get the single review processed. Not sure if this app is worth $9/month. Probably will just stick around for 2-3 days to see if the review will ever show up!
