We subscribed to the essential plan for a few months but opted to switch to the free version as part of our cost-saving measures. This transition necessitated the manual deletion of the majority of our reviews to comply with the free plan's five-review limit, despite having imported hundreds. It would be significantly more user-friendly if the app facilitated review removal with the same ease as their importation or addition. Consequently, I rate the app three stars. However, Joyce deserves a five-star rating for her assistance during this process. Her professionalism, patience, and understanding were commendable. Great job, Joyce!

When I first used it, I encountered some difficulties. Then I contacted customer service, who provided some suggestions but did not solve them. Then, customer service helped me find a software engineer and solved the problem perfectly through remote control. This is simply too cool. I must recommend this software to everyone, not only because it is really useful, but also because of the thoughtful service provided by the developers

Their customer service is incredibly efficient, knowledgeable, and fast. I never had better customer service, they logged in my Shopify store, fixed the app and applied the correct configurations granting them access through permission with collaborators on the Shopify admin. Shiro and Clara were the agents who assisted me, they did superb work, wonderful job!!!

The collaborator Fanny has great service!

I found this app to be not very user-friendly and expensive compared to other developers. Even when trying to test basic features, the app requires payment for an upgrade, which I believe is unnecessary. In my opinion, they should provide basic features for free for testing purposes. The constant request for upgrades whenever you try to use a feature is frustrating and terrible. I would recommend using other apps like Avada and Judge, as they offer all basic features for free and are very user-friendly. Overall, I do not recommend this app.
