great app the best part is its free. i do wish it would import the reviews automaticly or atleast find the products you want to import over instead of having to hunt and search everything other wise its perfect. The customer service agent Audrey is great as well. thank you

I had a great time using the app. The staff were accommodating and helpful when needed, particularly Lydia who helped me solve an issue efficiently in just a few minutes.

Highly recommended. I just started to use this and i am loving it so far. I have tried other apps but it just does not work for me. this is the only review app that is easy to use and customer service is superb. Abby helped me out and i am amazed at how responsive she is and how quickly she was able to solve my problems. Love it!!

I am brand new to Shopify and Shopify apps and generally dealing with technical support is a nightmare but not so this time. Lydia and William were AMAZING!!! Some of the best customer support I have ever received. Lydia answered all my questions quickly and precise and was able to explain it to me in a way that I understood and could implement. My issues were resolved in a timely manner and I felt very comfortable dealing with all the technical things I needed to do, even though I am not a wizard when it comes to that kind of stuff. Honestly, I like AirReviews App, how it works, looks on my site, etc. but I like their customer service even more. Real person, real time, real help! I am a happy customer.
