Love this app! Had a few questions and wanted to ask support. I was happy to see that they had live chat. I clicked it, but wasn't expecting an instant response. It's 3 oclock on a saturday. Julianna responded instantly, fixed all my issues, answered all my questions. I'm just amazed at the level of service- instant help on a saturday, for a free app! I can't believe it! And the reviews themselves look great, and super customizable to the merchant's needs. Seriously, you can't go wrong with this app.

I am very grateful and in awe with the service and help I have received from Avada. Now I do understand why they have 5 stars rating, because they are truly amazing. Air Reviews is a great app for importing reviews. Also, their support team is very helpful. Hana and Gideon recently helped me with importing star reviews. Very helpful staff.

while there are a few features I wish this app had, I came back because of how user friendly and intuitive it is to use. The way it looks and the options to display reviews are amazing and the support is phenomenal. Ive never waited more than a couple of minutes for a response and every question or issue resolved right away. Overall, this is the best review app and its FREE! You cannot go wrong.

Very responsive and helpful staff, Prakash, Jasmine, Sunny and Toby, all were very kind to me and didn't hesitate to help. Very easy to understand UI, the app is great for my needs. Had struggles with other apps where this one just solves those problems for me.
