Air Product Reviews App & UGC is very year-round, smooth to use and supports replying to emails very quickly! Esther and Maison's service is very, very good, and they have helped me solve many problems. Thank you very much to them!!

This app really helped our online store solve the problem of difficulty in inviting reviews, and the customer service responded quickly. When I raised the issue of applicability in my store, their technical staff quickly solved it. And with their Avada SEO plug-in, it can speed up my website in short time, that's awesome!

I installed the application in my store, but it had a few features that I did not know about. 'Esther' from the technical team helped me. My problem was solved in a very short time. I was very pleased with the application. Very practical and useful.

Sunny and William were quick to answer any questions I had with setting the review app. It is also cleaner aesthetic and easier to use compared to other free review apps.

I am using this app to capture reviews and upload reviews from other platform. Basically it's free and you get what you paid for. Uploading reviews in csv doesn't work properly. It either gets stuck in uploading state or just doesn't do anything. It's very amateur app but it serves the purpose for those of us who are looking for free options.
