There's many review apps on the app store, and believe me I have tried them all... some lack features, some lack poor design & some lack the control over how to request reviews (eg. via Klaviyo etc). I moved to Air Product reviews yesterday, and in the process of getting my site all updated - support are on hand to assist, although a little slow at times they seem to be there 24/7 which is great. This app for me ticks almost all boxes, and i'm very happy I found it. :)

Hana was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to help me, answering all my questions with patience and expertise. Her support made the entire process so much easier, and I truly appreciate her kindness and professionalism. If you ever need assistance, Hana is the best! Highly recommend!

I wouldn't recommend this app. Despite sending a request for a review to my only customer, it hasn't worked as expected. I've sent out two emails requesting a review, but neither included a working link. I'm still waiting for a response from customer support The good news is that the support staff is super helpful. the app seems working all fine, the support is amazing

I am new to Shopify, so still trying to figure out all the details for setting up apps. I've had to contact the Air support team twice. In both cases, the response was nearly instant & they resolved my problem. I now understand why they have so many 5 star reviews.
