Audrey and Toby (not from the office sadly) were Amazing! They really helped me out and knew their way around coding and their App like the back of their hand. Funny enough, I am installing their App on all my shops and I am looking into the other Apps that they have since it just seems to work the way I want it to work.

I needed help to be able to modify the reviews that I imported and an assistant was very responsive and I thank her for this, it's becoming rare! Thanks Hana!

Before installing this app I did have questions about several features and permissions. I went on their website and chatted with Prakash who answered all my questions and earned my trust to move forward with the app installation. Upon installing it, I adjusted all my settings and the app integrated with my theme beautifully. Moments later I reached out to tech support through the App live chat and within a minute or two I was chatting with Prakash again and he was able to correct some features for me. I must say the experience with Avada, and Prakash has been amazing! Excellent customer service and very helpful. I wish the company continue to provide this kind of support and they will earn many customers and positive reviews.
