Yes. The apps is super. The UI is quite simple and clean. And the helpdesk is quite helpful and Esther from Support team helped me a lot.

My Experience with Air review app is very good so far, especially Pamela has been really helpful & quick in her replies to my queries.

Review import works great and site integration looks nice, simple and a great free option. Issue is that the app settings and review management menu are terribly unstable, it is difficult to search for or edit more than two or three things before the app stops working and gives errors, then refresh the page and that works about 40% of the time, most of the time it just gets stuck on a loading screen telling you to try refreshing again. Once set up, it seems great! just needs some refinement.

The customer service is amazing and the app too it caters to all problems. Emily was the most helpful there! Highly Recommended!
