Best customer experience I`ve had with a Shopify app so far. I love the review app, it is good for people who getting into Shopify. Also the support is answering very fast.

I liked their customer support (Hana), was fast and reliable, but would've appreciated if the app had a way to sort reviews by the ones with images first

I was having difficulty importing my reviews from their old app which was a hassle but the support was very good. If there is any difficulty, they would try to resolve it no matter how many attempts. Thank you Prakash, Jasmine and Gideon for your good customer service.

The app is well designed and easy to use. However there is an issue with the date - whenever you import a review, the date is automatically set to the date you import it. So if you import 100 reviews on the same date - they will all have the same date, which is rather suspicious from the point of view of the customer, who is browsing the store. There is no way to hide or edit the date. However, the customer support is very responsive and promised to look into this problem.

The app is excellent. Hanna helped me with placing widgets on my store, she is cute and exactly knows how to make this app work great! Avada support team is the best.

Does what other apps charge a ridiculous amount for well and free. Support was very helpful in resolving an issue I had (thank you Juliana) and very quick

Its so good because its free and has EVERYTHING you need. Kinda hard to manage all of them but still better than any other review app

The support is awesome...was having difficulty importing from some link..Abby not only looked into the issue but also helped look for another link for the product with reviews
