airreviews is an absolute "must have" plugin for all your customer review needs. i decided to test this review app, and it was very easy to setup and use. whats worth mentioning is their customer service was more than excellent (through chat). my website for some odd reason decided to not show our reviews and I couldnt figure it out, so I decided to ask for help in their chat...both Wendy and Gideon solved my issues within minutes and my site was back to normal. I thought I had to wait a day or so (most customer service on chats take long), but it turns out they fixed it really quick. thank you again for your help!

Best review app on shopify it's like loox but for free and with better custommer support. They are quick to respond and are straight to the point. Esppecialy Lydia, I've struggled with many apps and the support is always helpfull but no one was as good as Lydia. Thank you so much.

great app with great customer service. Hana replied to me instantly and was able to make any changes to the app that I asked for. They even edited my csv files for me to make them compatible with the app so that I could download reviews from my previous online store.

I wasn’t sure of what and how to use this app but with the help of Mrs Hana, everything worked out. I would most definitely recommend this app to anyone who’s looking into business development. It’s indeed a great app with great staff members.
