I only utilise the "Start Rating" & "Review Box" features, so this review will be based on that. Relatively simple to set up and manage. Not a whole lot of customizable options, but it does what it says. However for websites that use predominantly white text on black, you may find some text missing on the review input popup. However, customer service was prompt and efficient. Sent them a screenshot, a link and a short description of the issue, it was solved within 15 minutes. A shoutout to Esther for facilitating the fix.

The help team is amazing. Thanks for everyone who helped specially Hana, Lydia, Sunny,Abby,Juliana. Ther are really trying to help. :))

So far so good! Recently started to use this app and I really excited about it! Also customer support very kindly answering to all questions, I had experience with consultant Esther :)

This app has 1 weakness: it can't be translated for multilingual stores, instead you can only choose one language. That said, I can't give anything less than 5 stars because the app is free and excellent. Great branding options and support staff is fast to answer questions. Integrates with shopify flow and other automation apps.

VERY GOOD APP.i USE THIS APP

I needed a plugin to integrate product reviews functionality into my store. Since I'm just starting to explore this platform, it was important for me to find a free plugin, and I found it - the AirReviews Product Reviews app. This plugin has all the functionality I needed, and it integrated seamlessly into my store. I had some additional questions (due to my oversight), but the support team quickly provided me with solutions.

They have very good customer service, I had some questions and Abby answered them without any problem, very friendly, she helped me and saved me from my doubts. All excellent, I recommend it. In case you have real doubts do not hesitate to contact them, they will help you a lot!
