There are a few improvements to make (for example I had an issue with coupons messing up the invoice template), but customer support is wonderful. I was able to get some help from Jasmine & Tony who were very quick in fixing my issue. A big thanks to the team :)

have had a relatively good experience the support has been great Hanna was the main person i was talking to and the app has a good amount of customization but the were a few errors that were quickly fixed by support.

Once again I needed a small change... Hana was so polite and worked fast to help me. She added the company name to my invoices and moved the PAID stamp lower in the page so it wasn't over the quantity number. It was fixed within 5 minutes of asking for help. Love the customer service! Thanks Hana!

L'application permet d'intégrer les factures dans les mails Shopify. Le support est en anglais mais est très réactif et m'a aidé à configurer en quelques minutes seulement.

So far everything is working well. Hope to see more advanced features updated in the future. Had a small problem setting up the automated emails, and Emily from the support team was nice and quick to help solve it. Overall it is recommended.
