Application avec beaucoup de bug, de plus ils affiches par défaut les remarques confidentielles liées au commandes sur la facture. Même quand l'option est désactivé. Les clients peuvent voir les remarques confidentielles.

Had an issue with my invoice and reached out to AVADA's customer service. Dealt with Jasmine, who was incredibly helpful and responsive. She ensured all my concerns were addressed promptly. Kudos to Anivia also, the developer, for making immediate changes as requested. Impressed by their efficiency and technical know-how. Overall, great service from AVADA. Jasmine and Anivia made the process smooth. Highly recommend their customer support!

The app needs some work e.g. when it comes to templates, there are issues with translations or spacing. The customer service however is very friendly and responds quickly.

Great product with a great customer service. We had the chance to be assisted by Emily in setting up our invoicing template which has local and international compliance requirements. Emily ;iaised back and force between us and the dev team until we got the perfect template. I highly recommend Avada.

i had to contact the support department as the templates we use were not compatible with our printer and were chopping line off the print. Sunny and Abby were superb and go the templates udated
