Worked for a bit but very little customization. When trying to create an orders template it kept bringing up an error and the support team was unable to help since they are overseas and it is a 12 hour difference. I found a cheaper and easier to use app that has a lot more customization.

Esther was great at getting the task done quickly. Give Esther a raise; well deserved. Service is great.

Emily is sweet, quick and give a phenomenal customer service. much appreciated. and even they provide this service for free!

Ce qui me pose problème, c'est que tout est en anglais et rien n'est traduit en français... ce qui manque le plus est une vidéo sur la configuration des factures en français, je n'ai rien compris et je ne suis pas sûr d'avoir pu apporter les modifications adéquates. Nach einer unkomplizierten Kontaktaufnahme via Chatfunktion wurde binnen Minuten von Roger geholfen und die Postleitzahl ergänzt. Wir bedanken uns sehr für die schnelle Hilfe! ++++ At first we didn't have all the data on the invoices for the customers. After an uncomplicated contact via the chat function, Roger helped within minutes and added the postcode. Thank you very much for the quick help! Zusatz am 05.09.2022: Bei einer gewünschten Korrektur des Rechnungsbetrags hat Esther schnell und unkompliziert geholfen. / Esther helped us fast und friendly to solve a problem.

gets the job done, recommended app for creating invoices and automating the process especially for international orders

We have been using Avada already for a while, but now with the new EU e-commerce tax laws, we need to show the different tax rates on the invoice. So each country has a different tax rate for our products and another rate for the shipping costs. I contacted support and Tony from Avada was able to help me. He went into my template and set it up correctly and now our invoices are exactly the way we need the, The customer support was amazing. I truly recommend Tony and kudos to Avada for great customer support.

Support team is efficient and friendly even tho the app bugs sometimes they will try the best to help and provide solutions !

We have recently started to use the app for documentation/accounting purposes and has made several adjustments to the template to meet our needs. The team of support personnel is very responsive, and a great help. I had help from 4-5 team members in one day, as I had a few questions. Looking forward to using this app.

Good functionality, very quick and pleasant support by Jasmine. Some minor template issues could be temporarily solved within the hour. Permanent fix will be included in next update.

[orig June '22] I needed our PDF invoices to say specific terms like Tax Invoice for NZ taxation requirements. Contacting Avada through their chat facility I worked with Abby and Tony who made all the changes I need. Thank you! [added Aug '22] Additionally I have needed to add other info to all our invoices from data pulled from our Shopify store... Abby was excellent at listening to my issues, having them corrected and updating me on progress - it works just as it should. Thank you Abby!

I am using the app for invoicing with a shopify store. Just starting with it I run into questions. Thankfully the Support by Liz is excellent and fast.

This app helps me to send the invoice to my customer automatically. It saves my time. It deserves 5 stars.

I used this to create an invoice. Couldn't figure some of it out so Emily helped me with it and had no issues. I hope the free version remains forever it's very handy for smaller sized businesses who don't need that many invoices.
