We tried contact their customer service 3 times and still to date have no response. They charge you for each order and we still haven't gotten any answers.... We will definitely be removing this app.

Awesome app! Super affordable and does a great job to professionally keep customers informed and saves us time! We also wanted to remind customers who buy from us on ebay to contact us if they have a problem, we added this to our delivery message, it should hopefully help us manage our defect rates.

Great app for having most of the courier service covered. Only thing is i am from Malaysia, which i don't seem to get the auto update to work. But i still give a good 5 star for the app giving free and optional to upgrade to paid version which is not too expensive as well.

AfterShip have been amazing since I opted for it yesterday. It helped me much on tracking chores. And whats best about AfterShip is, PosLaju Malaysia and City-Link Express is listed in its courier service provider! Those are two courier company I'm using intensively. How great is that? AfterShip is nothing less than amazing for me and for my humble little shop and I am forever grateful. God bless the creator of AfterShip!!! Very useful and well made app. I love the look ! The stats and the order search are a little buggy, but the tracking works perfectly and the button installation to the store was very smooth thanks to the tutorial.

I'm new to Shopify and online shopping for Christmas 2014. So far I've shipped out over 200 orders through Shippo, which has made shipping affordable and a breeze. However, checking the status of shipment was a manual process: opening an order and clicking on the tracking number. It wasn't until I was contacted by a customer asking if the item they ordered two weeks prior had shipped? Double-checking my tracking number, it appeared the item never shipped. Wondering if other customers might be affected, I individually went through each order one-by-one, checking the tracking information to find other possible missing packages. Let me tell you, doing that over 200 times is ridiculously slow (and stupid on my part). But I didn't know about AfterShip at the time. I don't know how I came across AfterShip, but it was love at first sight. The program was super easy to install and has been a God-send in giving us a birds-eye view on ALL our shipments from one page! An amazing time saver. I also like the fact that I can override the system by marking an items "delivered" where I've contacted the customer to confirm. I've been very pleased with AfterShip and believe it will also meet your needs in one simple, elegant, and intuitive interface. Thank you AfterShip!
