Great experience - fairly simple to set up - customer service quick and effective - also, it's completely free for up to 100 orders which i love - would like some basic email functionalities to be free though

Aftership is a great way for our customers to rack & trace their own orders. Ts saves our time and more convenient for our customers. It puts them in the picture as to what status their order is at. Love this :-)

Easy to install and gets the job done well. Would be good if customers able to use order number or name for tracking to improve user experience.

Great app! Helps cut down a town of customer emails asking about shipments and tracking. Has a few quirks and kinks, but overall works well. We have tried just about every tracking app and have stuck with this one.
