Simple and easy to use user interface. I haven't tried yet operational side as I have just opened My store but I can see the added value of such an app because I have another mature business which is not an e-commerce selling machinery business but suffering from the same frustration and issues that aftership that aftership solves. All the best.

A fantastic tracking solution that keeps our customers updated of the shipment process. Very easy to use and integrate.

It's okay. A tad overpriced for automation software. It gets behind. People will get their delivery and a day later get the e-mail notice that it's on it's way. Support is 24 behind - send a ticket today and expect to hear a day later (they are not on this side of the globe yet I think are big enough to start thinking about a North American support desk). Seems like a one-man operation. Always get a reply from the same person. It's okay, but the system doesn't always work. Still, it's the best at the moment. Customers want more frequent updates. Mine, anyway.

AfterShip has helped substantially decrease our online store's support time. Customers can easily view where their items are as well as expected delivery dates. I was surprised by how many shipping companies are offered via AfterShip to track by and how easy it was to get setup. This app is a must for any eCommerce Shopify site!

It took a while in the beginning to set it up right, since I'm not quite an IT savvy person, but then it's just a great app that does it job and take a great lift of your customer management off your shoulders. Thank you guys!
