Honestly, i personally think the aftership app is one of the easiest and reliable app for online retailers to use. Simple, user friendly interface and yet it look professional. A highly recommend app. PLUS with their new mobile app tracking, things just got better!

I like being able to send my customers an AfterShip link, with one click they are redirected to a smart looking webpage with my store's name and logo on it. All of the information is there and easy to read. Without AfterShip my customers would be redirected to the China EMS website and have to go back and copy/paste the tracking number.

Easy to use and integrated well into Shopify. Basically download the app and everything else happens instantaneous. Can put in your specific packaging materials and pretty straight forward from there.

Using Shopify AppStore is awesome! It offers everything you need to help my business function and grow. Like the AfterShip App that allows me to track my shipping and handling. I would recommend a friend to use Shopify Everything!

Hi, i'm pretty impressed with Aftership. It provides myself and especially customer a fast and easy way to track their purchases from my website. It has cut down on customer service questions of where is my product. Love the fact that it is my website vs taking the customer out to a complete different website. Keeps them in my eco-system. Do not write a review until you have actually used the service and did a test run on your site. I did a test run and order a product from my site as a customer. Well, I clicked on the app to analyze everything, and guess what.... it doesn't open. I even tried to login from the actually site and not the app... well same thing happens. Last night I emailed support. Of course its the next day and no response. There also is no number to call or a live support or chat. This is freaking ridiculous! I hate to give bad reviews, but hey Im not too happy. Uninstall asap!
