I have just installed this app, but so far my experience with the support team has been incredible! The app itself looks VERY thorough... it could potentially replace about 5 other apps in my store! I'll continue to test it out with my customers, but so far, I am impressed! UPDATE: This app CONTINUES to impress me! I hadn't fully appreciated to full extent of what it can do... It really is a 'catch all' for your e-commerce needs... From shipping and notification bars and sales pop ups (soon to be fully product-specific, replacing yet ANOTHER one of my apps!), to fully automated abandoned cart, win-back and birthday emails. New features are being added all of the time, and the customer service Team are VERY responsive to your needs and suggestions. I cannot fault it!
