I wanted an app that would allow me to easily add upsells and I wanted it to be really easy to use. And AfterSell nailed it. It's incredibly easy to install, set up and create upsells. It was so easy to use that I skipped all the 'how to' guides and had my first upsell funnel set up within a few minutes. I contacted support to ask them something and had my answer within 15 minutes. The app has the right set of features that have allowed me to increase my Average Order Value right out of the gate. I am impressed by the app, the ease of use and the support team behind it. Orders through aftersell keep getting declined but processed. So orders are still being fulfilled, but no payment. A nightmare.

We are exploring App's that help us recommend the right products to our customers. AfterSell has been performing great. It allows you to choose the triggers based on item, collection, etc. and allows you to choose where you want the pop-up to happen. Their UI is neat, easy to configure, and they have responsive online support.

I'm testing the app for now, but so far Pierre (Staff guy) was amazing and very knowledgeable in any situations in which I was confused.

I personally don't really know much about the app yet, so my original rate would be a 4. However, BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE goes by the the name of Pierre. Helps me set up with everything even helps me with some tips. Give it a try since it's royalty like cost. Learned so much from it.
