I've been using this for a year and it is the most valuable app I have on Shopify. It is very powerful and unless your product line is simple with very limited shipping variability, this will help immensely. The "rules" capability is especially powerful. Support has also been excellent with fast response times and thorough answers.

A complex but massively powerful APP! Capable of everything I've needed it to do and more. Takes time to get your head around the setup but it is logical and the support from Molly has been awesome so far! Recommended for anyone needing some proper postcode structure.

I've used ASR on several stores. Works great every time. Exceptional support and consistent response time. Highly recommend this app to any store owner.

So this is why you should take time to check out an app before you review it. I installed this 9 March 2020 and wrote the review on 11 March that I needed a solution that would allow a) shoppers to pay delivery for postal shipping, b) clients renting items to add the product and see that delivery and installation chargers would be additional and yet to be calculated, c) clients who had already gotten our rental quote with delivery, and d) customers who bought and rented items in the same basket. This app did all that. However Google Merchant is telling me I have to set up shipping fees(!) and my PPC traffic has fallen dramatically since 12 March. Not real happy.

Great app when you want more options for shipping, like per item shipping. Easy to set # of items that will fit in a box and set up tiered pricing. Support is great too. Quick and efficient responses.

I used this app to get more exact shipping rates. The app is great but I must add in that the team is superb! Anytime I would give ASR a call, they were more than willing to help me out! Thanks again ASR team!

I needed a solution at checkout to shop different times of shipping because some products will take longer to ship than others. Shopify doesn't let you edit the shipping title when you mix two products in different shipping profiles by default they have the word SHIPPING. Molly from Advanced Shipping Rules was amazing walking through editing my complicated shipping profiles. She understand the app and the way it displays in shopify. I recommend you speak to her because she know all the details of this app. I am very happy with this solution and its helping my conversion. Thanks Molly

I had to do some customization for shipping due to perishable items not being able to go ground for certain zip codes. Plus give those zip codes a discount off shipping prices as they had been added to the cost of items for "shipping included" prices. This app gave me all I needed. But what made it grate was Molly from ASR that helped me get everything right and my client is happy, so I am too! Recommended

ASR is magical. We use it (a) to apply free shipping to a specific product category, (b) to display negotiated rates for Canada, and (c) to customize language on our shipping page. ASR is both powerful and easy to use. ASR support is responsive and helpful—more so than any other Shopify app we use. ASR is core to our success and highly recommended.

I could not recommend this app more highly. After struggling to try to use workarounds within Shopify to do item-level shipping for years we finally decided to try a shipping app. After trying a few others with little support or success we installed Advanced Shipping Rules. The blended rates function works flawlessly and the domestic customer service was amazing. They even answer the phone. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

I needed to do multiple items Free+Shipping as well as items with other shipping rates. It was a bit of hurdle dealing with the integration but Molly called me up and got everything running just like I wanted. Thanks!

This app has allowed us to do precisely what we need in terms of a more complex shipping solution. We had a long journey in setting this app up due to the Shopify 'single' and 'multi' origin shipping nuances, but ASR supported us all the way. Jay and the team were careful to understand our needs, and whilst we presented them with a few unique requests and scenarios, they went above and beyond to help us achieve what we need. Needs a "lite" version that only uses the Shopify supplied shipping version. As it stands now you have to subscribe to third party shipping support ($20/mo OR upgrade your shopify plan) to get this app to function

Excellent app for creating unique shipping restrictions for products down to the variant/sku level. After trying many other apps, this one does it all for a very reasonable cost. Great customer service when help is required via email and phone. Highly recommend giving it a try !

Super helpful app! I used it to offer free and/or flat rate local delivery for specific zip codes, while using usps shipping rates for any other zip codes. I told them what I would like to do with the app, and in very good timing they took care of it all for me, adding all my products to the appropriate settings so I wouldn't need to. Jay was especially helpful. I definitely recommend this app!

I have used this app twice now. I literally don't know WHAT I would have done without it. It has handled all my unique shipping scenarios in a way that Shopify alone just can't. I am so grateful for Advanced Shipping Rules and the staff are super helpful. I couldn't be happier.

Great App! We have this app installed on 3 of our stores, was easy to set up and get going quickly. The customer support was quick to reply to our questions, overall a really smooth experience. Would recommend this app to anyone who has more complex shipping requirements past the standard Shopify capabilities.

OMG, what a fantastic app and a fantastic support team to go with it! I'm in New Zealand, where we have a complicated shipping system with rural and metro addresses all getting priced differently and generally being a pain, and not only did the app manage to do exactly what I needed but the team hand-held me through the entire process. Love you guys!

I have to say they have some of the best customer support I have ever experienced. I was able to connect quickly with Brian, and he was super helpful, and able to determine what I needed, and get me up and running. I was honestly not sure if the app would do exactly what I wanted, mostly because I am new to shipping from POD companies. He was patient with me, and got me to where I needed to be quickly. The product works great, and the company takes care of it's customers.

We used to answer delivery rate questions over the phone continuously. We sell bulk landscaping products that are heavy and not supported by traditional carriers. With advanced shipping rules, we have been able to provide flat rates at check out based on product quantity, and postal codes while using our inhouse fulfillment service. Many of our products can not be shipped together; the blended rates feature can account for this and provide the appropriate number of deliveries at checkout. This app added the flexibility that we needed, and I would highly recommend it for greater control at checkout.

This app has done everything and more we could expect for our shipping rules and needs. Brian's support and help getting us started has been tremendous and other developers need to take note of his dedication. Thank you!

We use this app to set up custom rates and exceptions for the various brands that we carry. Their customer support is quick and thorough. I was confused about some blended rates, called and was connected with someone right away and my questions were answered in minutes. Thanks!

Advanced Shipping Rules easily allowed me to offer Free Shipping options on certain products, but not all products. I was also able to designate various rates based on location. What was seemingly impossible became incredibly easy with Brian guiding the entire Process, from Start to Finish. Forever Thankful!
