Best custom shipping rates app in town. You can do virtually anything with it, there are no limits. And blended rates are just magical. I was also impressed by the speed and attention of support (took less than 1 day and 3 e-mails to solve my issue), so I recommend this app without doubts.

I am new to the Shopify family and just launched my site, then had a semi panic attack about the shipping prices (using some fulfillment centers who have high shipping rates). Called Shopify who recommended Brian and within 15 minutes Brian had me set up and ready to go. I am so relieved and thrilled and back to the excitement of opening Meowzzz.com!

I called support and spoke to Brian regarding questions about integrating with Printful. He was kind enough to tell me I didn't need his product because I exclusively use Printful as my dropshipper. Thank you!!!

I have seen other people say this...and I can verify it. Brian in support is fantastic. The best support I have seen in any app. He helps things work seamlessly. Between myself and a friend...we have 3 shops. Printful recommended these guys. And I notice they are listed as a preferred Shipping app in many other places. Top notch. Can't go wrong. Especially if you have complex shipping arrangements, Then you NEED this one.

Setting up shipping rates to ensure profitability as well as happy customers is not easy. It’s been the toughest challenge I’ve faced as a new Shopify business owner. We use several drop ship suppliers. Some are integrated with Shopify and some are not. All of them have very different shipping structures. Invaluable app and unparalleled service! No other app performs like this one and I have yet to find another team with as high quality service. I just had an issue with adding a new vendor and got an email back within 30 minutes an was on the phone in another hour, problem solved shortly thereafter. Couldn't recommend more!

Highly powerful and customizable. Responsive support and good help docs. This is the only shipping app that met (and exceeded) our needs.

This app sorted out our shipping rates perfectly so we're not loosing money anymore. We use 2 different drop-shippers and this is the perfect app to get your shipping rates dialed. Amazing customer service and straight forward, easy to use app. I had a bit of a tricky set up for one of my products and wasn't sure how to set it up. They took the time to fully understand what it was I was trying to do then helped me step by step until it was set up properly. Highly recommend.

What an AMAZING experience! I was a little confused about how to make the app do exactly what I needed it to do. Unlike most apps i've seen, there was actually a phone number I could call! I called in the morning and received a call back within the hour. Not only did my store get set up the way I wanted it to run but I was even taught how to manage the app and shown the process step by step. EXCELLENT customer service! This app has been the perfect solution to our subscription shipping rules. We ran through a few other choices here in the app store before landing on this one. It's SUPER simple to setup, has many facets of customization, and the customer service has been excellent. Seriously, we are incredibly happy to have stumbled upon this one. We have a flat rate for all domestic shipments, at least 5 other tiers and product groups for our differing subscriptions broken down into US vs INTL. It's been working like a charm!

Wow! Best app if you have multiple vendors with crazy multiple rates. Initially I had issues with using the app, setting rules and product groups. But once I had help from Bryan (Creator/Developer) issues magically got solved. Keep in mind: you got to be a little patient (wait) to get a hold of him (coz he does it all) but once you did ... rest assured... its going to be a piece of cake. Personally, for a new startup eCommerce business I feel $29 is a big expensive. from $9 for lite version to $29 for standard. thats a huge jump (my personal opinion)

I've spent dozens of hours trying to find an app that provided the functions I needed. I wasn't asking for difficult things, but no luck until I found this app! It does everything I need and so much more, but the best part is its easy to use. Even better was the customer service that was provided within an hour of sending an email. Cannot recommend enough!

Truly an app that provides functionality Shopify should, but doesn't. If you're a large company with lots of items and use dropshipping, or carrier services, or flat rates, the possibilities are endless, and this is the app you should use. The price is right as well!

If you want real-time carrier rates (negotiated or not), and charge different shipping prices for different types of items, this is the app to get. You can apply all kinds of rules, and the blended rates provide something you just can't find in other shipping apps. It encompasses everything you need for shipping, and integrates with other apps with no issues. I highly recommend this app!

This is the only Shipping app you could ever want or need!!!! Provides so much functionality, and makes our extremely complicated shipping options a breeze. We love this app, and can't recommend it enough!

First off, setting up shipping with Shopify is definitely daunting at first, specially for newbies such as myself, it is no easy task. With ASR, everything is pretty much automated specially with Printful. The customer service in itself is 5 stars, which is rare You definitely get what you paid for and then some. Wonderful app.

This app and the people who provide support are fantastic! I almost always receive an answer to my questions the same day, and any issue (only had one, and it ended up being my own fault!) is resolved without having to wait weeks, like other apps. They are also really helpful when figuring out the best plan for your Company. They're flexible, and want this app to help you, not just to make a bunch of money off of you. We really felt taken care of, which is rare these days. So what are you waiting for? Get it!

Anyone who thinks this app is too complicated, obviously didn't even try to use it or look at any of the very helpful documents. I was able to set up 20 categories with different shipping options for each category, and then set up blended rates and rules to make shipping free based on order totals, only display rates based on the category, and a lot of other combinations. This app is great, and I've had absolutely no issues with it. I honestly couldn't even have my site up if it wasn't for this app.
