We wanted to offer free shipping on a single product, which this app was able to do for us very easily. When I needed the rules to get more detailed, they provided great support via email and phone and walked me through how to get the functionality I needed. Great app!

Excellent app for automatically determining if an address is residential or commercial, and offering the appropriate rates with no customer input. Savings from this feature alone will pay for the app. We reported a minor bug that prevented a shipping option from displaying, and the developer responded quickly with a fix. An apparent limitation is that shipping methods cannot be reordered and the default method cannot be changed, but it turns out this is a limitation of the Shopify checkout page, not the Advanced Shipping Rules app. This one's a wise purchase for sure.

I was having trouble like I normally do with shipping, I installed this app had a question and called for support. They answered on the 2nd ring and were able to help me set up and fix all of my shipping needs.

Works great! Intuitive and capable. We use ASR on our retail and wholesale stores. Support is great too. Highly recommend...

I'm just getting started with this app and can see that it is perfect for what I'm using it for. I can now calculate shipping rates that come from my physical store in Maryland, while also calculating shipping rates coming from my drop shipping company Printful, based in North Carolina. Customer support gets an A++. I needed quick help and Brian responded to my emails immediately with a solution. The use of this app is going to be a game changer for my ecom store!

what a great app that helps with shipping and help us solve all of our complex shipping needs worldwide

A very good app but once you start adding some subzones and then rates for each subzone you will easily hit the $99 a month plan and it's simply not worth the cost for a small business

This app makes setting up shipping costs by product size so much easier. I have been waiting 5 years for an app like this to improve shipping cost accuracy.

After trying several other shipping rate Apps, we decided on Advanced Shipping Rules. The Advanced Shipping Rules app has a lot of features, the admin section is intuitive, help files are informative and the support has been Excellent. And, unlike other apps, the shipping rates are calculated real-time on the actual shipping from and to zip codes using the shippers own calculations.

This app is brilliant, it has allowed me to implement some of our complex shipping rules etc that others did not seem to have the capability to do. It has taken me a bit of time to get use to some elements but the support to help me get there has been second to none! Quick response times, communication both via email and phone to go over some finer points... I can't recommend it all enough!

The customer support is simply outstanding. Someone helped at literally 11:40pm in the evening (their time). Pretty damn impressive. And the app is wonderful too.

The app is great. We used it for PO Box shipping options. Brian was quick and knowledgeable in helping us. Highly recommended.

This app allows me to do things I thought weren't possible on Shopify! For example: I can provide Pick Up options, Delivery options, and more for my customers which makes their experience so much better! I cannot say enough great things about this app and will continue to use it forever and ever.

We've been using this app for a year now, it's outstanding. But what's even better, is their customer service!! We had a change occur from one of our partner platforms, and it disabled our use of this app. These guys took our call and reconfigured our setup without hesitation. Mahalo Nui Loa from Spirit of CAN. 2nd time needing help from these guys... Same result, they call back fast and walked me through all my issues. Super grateful to Brian and team!

This app is great! I love that I can have Sub Zones. That's a HUGE plus for us. We also utilize the Service Code feature, helping with our ERP integration. I've worked with Brian a few times on some things and he was quick to respond and easy to work with. They even just implemented FedEx SmartPost for us! Another plus! Would definitely recommend. You get a ton of features with this app.

Wow! What incredible service. We had a complicated shipping structure that I couldn't even begin to figure out. Brian was responsive, prompt, and spent a lot of time making things work. It took a few iterations, but he always quickly called and took as much time as needed to solve things. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
