Customer service 100%. Just got the free trial to check it out, and a couple issues, but they were able to fix it quickly! I see upgrading in the future, great product and support.

So far this app is working great. I have only just opened my store, so not sure of it's effectiveness yet. But the campaigns work as expected.

INCREDIBLE Customer Support. Barak was amazing and really helped me out with a custom development I needed for my website. He was constantly checking on the functionalities and most important, quick response when I had questions. Because of the great experience I had, I added Adoric to 3 more stores, and Barak helped me in the process as well. So far the app looks to be great in terms of integration and customization. Also the customer service is quick and responsive. Having in mind they have the free plan I think it's a no brainer to give it a go!
