We can't speak highly enough of this app. Having addresses validated at the time of ordering with prompts to prevent addresses we can't currently support has saved us so much time in checking and correcting any discrepancies with customers. Well worth every cent and support is beyond amazing. The developers added a suggested feature super fast and we are ever so grateful to them for their fast, friendly and positive approach to feedback. Highly recommend this app and the team behind it! It's amazing to see just how many customers accept the new validated address that is offered to them! This should cut down on delivery errors. Also, Wilson is very responsive. **updated on Feb 21, 2019 ** I asked Wilson to allow us to configure the email contact displayed on the form, and he implemented my request. It is now an additional field that I can configure. Definitely recommend this app. Great app!

I'm finally able to block PO Boxes from being used in checkout and prevent the order from proceeding without a valid address!

So far so good. We've had a handful of issues with addresses prior to this app and now we're saving ourselves a heap of time! This has truly helped out the address verification process, it isn't intrusive and the design is pleasant.

Great app, lots of configuration options and easy to follow! Support is super responsive. And, many fewer support tickets now that customers validate their own address, love it!!!!

The developers have responded quickly and professionally to our customization requests. It was particularly important to us that the user was shown the specific input error such as "Please enter your house number or packstation number". This and other details now work perfectly. I've been using this app on all 6 of my Shopify stores for about a week now. It's easy to set up and configure. It's only been a short time, but it's already paying dividends with catching several orders from customers that didn't input their address correctly (missing apartment number, suite number, etc). With UPS charging $16 per address correction, this app quickly pays for itself and then some! I highly recommend it.

Why oh why does it not have SSL for the admin panel? Worried about the quality of the address verification if it does not use SSL. Do they protect customer data for the Europe base? What other items are missing?

Great app that helped us with the one annoying problem in which our customers forgot to enter their street number, shipments went to the wrong address and were returned to sender. Resulted in long waiting times for our customers and extra shipping costs for us. Fast and reliable support as well!

Address Validator has worked well for us. When I had an issue they responded immediately, which is unusual given our timezone and uploaded the applicable code I needed. I felt their customer support was excellent! We have just activated the warnings for "no street number" and "address to long". Hopefully, this will reduce how many times we have to manually intervene when the order fails to flows through to our CRM because of bad data entered by the customer.

Very good customer support, the support staff will do their best to resolve any issues. Hopefully this will reduce my shipping costs for incorrect customer address.
