Mamas & Papas Checkout Extensibility

We migrated Mamas and Papas’ complex checkout to Shopify’s checkout extensibility framework. This needed to preserve all existing delivery and multi-channel features while positioning the business for future enhancements. The project involved re-architecting the middleware infrastructure to reduce reliance on third-party platforms and shift more business logic onto a more scalable infrastructure.
