They made sure they understood what I wanted. They build it in a preview mode. She explained how everything works. After a small adjustment it was excactly what i wanted. I'm very happy with the result!

We had some specific tasks to fix on an existing Shopify solution, and they were fixed fast and efficient. We had a good dialogue with BVC Services and important to have described what needs to be fixed.

Hi BVCeServices Overall, the delivery of works were fast, and the responses were prompt. I give hats off to that. When it comes to bringing the designs to life, you guys seem to do a pretty good job at that. There were also some parts in which the designs from the Figma file were not high resolution, so you guys took your own initiative to find a clearer sample online. I though this was very good initiative from your end. Areas which i think could be improved are just being upfront in communication. I know there were some places where the requirements were requested and not clearly documented in the requirement doc (at the same time, you guys didnt want to risk asking questions to offend the client), but id rather be upfront instead of beating around the bush. That way we can get straight to solving the problem. Having said that, i can understand why it was done that way as some clients might prefer that. For the price and level of service, BVCeServices is a good choice. Its a Shopify Partner i can recommend, as long as they maintain the quality they have provided and move on up from there.
