I used this to add some really cool tools to drive traffic. I think its really cool! Just added this to my store so so far so good.

Great app. Intuitive, easy and responsive. It has many features. Thank you for offering the free testing mode.

This app is only good for about a week or two, then goes on auto "Hold" mode. There used to not be a limit on how many impressions our website received, but now, they set a limit on impressions. We don't see why they would do that to their customers.

This is one of the best APP I installed on my site. It is so easy to use and has so many useful options. I wish that all APP`s were as great as this one.

used the app for years for free email box and social buttons, now they want $9.99 its been deleted, the features i used are free on shopify nothing special on the premium the usual c class website pop till you drop ups

I installed the app, however a I did not have a chance to change the color according to my picture design. In other features it works fine!

I have been using Easy Contact Form for a while now. Easy to use & setup with nice customising options. Highly recommend.

The app helped me with a contact form, header bar and social icons for free. They earned my loyalty and I would consider upgrading because of the quality of the free services they generously provided.

Great and easy to use tool to quickly add contact forms to your store. The premium paid options are actually worthwhile too instead of simple aesthetics.

Have been using the contact form with seldom issue, but recently wanted to try out some of the premium options so set up with a free trial and tried them out, found the IP addresses with contact form submissions didn't work so cancelled my free trial of the plan that offered this and have still been charged $9.99.

I use this app to help my customers reach me quickly. It is nice, simple and easy to use. I would suggest reducing the number of contents to essentials; now it seems there is a lot to see, read and understand. But overall it is a great app. Thank you!

I know zero about coding or building websites, but creating a free Contact Us form customized with our company's colors and marketing language took about 10 minutes. I even embedded it into our website by coping/pasting code they provided along with dummy-proof instructions. While I wish the free version had room for 1-2 additional fields like "How did you hear about us?" without upgrading to a paid subscription, it looks amazing and it's free. You can't beat that!

easy to use, actually really clean look, one thing I don't like that is showing the Zotac logo in the left bottom corner thas all. The only thing is that logo showing.

Very easy to use, after trying 3 other similar apps, this one did the job. USER-FRIENDLY!!! I am no expert either.

Great app for adding a contact us form to your online store. Very easy to set up! I loved that you can change the background, add the form to your main menu, etc.
